L7HEREAS, t_his Board has received a request ~rom .7une L.
Crowther to allow the abandonment of public utility aasement as
described below, and
WHERE~I.S, pursuant to t~,e authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, e~ se~., this Board wishes to
declare its intenCion to abandon said public util~~y easement as
described below:
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RE30LVED by this Board:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on September b, 1977 , at 10:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Orovill.e, a
h.earing shall be held on the abandonment of the following described
e a s einent :
All ~hat certain 10' ~ublic utility easement
lying alang ~he norrh line of Lot 161 ot the
Sierra De1 Oro Estates Unit No. 3, recorded
in Book 35 of Maps of Record at Pages 27, 28
snd 29, Coun~y of Butte, State of California.
Excepting therefrom the easterly 10' and the
northerly 5' Iqi.ng ad.jacent to the sougherly
line of T~ot 163 of said division.
