WHEREAS, pur~uant Streets and Highways Code §958, ~his
Board sha~~ set a date tor a hearin~ on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~'.`IZ' RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That th.is Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular ~neeting on September 6 , 1977, at 9:30 a,m. ,
in the Board Chambezs, Butte County Administration Building,
Oroville, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following described alleys:
A11 those certain alleys as sh.own in Blocks 25,:;26,
47 and 4S on tlie P~ap of the Western Pacific Addition
to Oroville, Recorded in Book 4 a~ Page 16 on ~he
14th day of November 1905, in the County of Butte,
City of Oroville, State of Cali~ornia.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published puzsuant
to the provisions of Streets and Highways Code §958.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board o~ Supezvisors
this 2nd day of August , 1977, by the following vote:
