HOMES (STX OR LESS GUESTS) A~D DAY CARE FaCILTTTES
WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed the Count,y cos~ ~nvolved
w~th the licensing of Adult Homes and ~ay Care Facilities; and
WHEREAS, th~s Board finds that the administrative
regu7ations imposed by the State upon the County are of such
complexity as to incur excessive and large time loss to the Welfare
Department.
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board as follows:
1. That the County of Butte shall no Ionger Iicense
Adult,Homes (six or less guests) and ~ay Care Facilities.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County 8oard of
Supervisors this 2nd ~ay o~ August , 1977 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lemke, Madigan, Moseley, Winston and Chairman Richter
