RESTRICTING CHICO PARKING
WHEREAS, the Butte Covnty Board of Supervisors have determined the
necessity to restrict parking witfiin the off-street parkiag lots owned by the
County in the County Buildi.ng Complex in Chico; and
WHEREAS, parking should be reserved in Chese az'eas for vehicles owned
and operated by a public agency and employees of the County of Butte; and
WHEREAS, thirty (30) of the available spaces should be designed-<for
thirty-minute zoned public parking.
THEREFORE, BE TT 12ESOT.VED, that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of ButCe direcCS Che Director of 1'ublic Glorks to cause signs to be displayed
in plain view of persons frequenCing the off-street county parking lots fn
Chico.
THEREFORE, BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such signs will state the
restrictions on parking and gives notice that such vekicles in violation, may
be removed,
PASSED AND ApOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 23rd
day o£ Auqust , 1977, by the €ollowing vote:
