NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOZVED by this Board: 1. That this Board approves the attached application and the plan of serviee for the system and authorizes the Librarian of the County of Butte, Josephine R. Terry, to execute same and subroit same on behalf of the County of Butte.
