hereby natify the State Highway Eng~neer ~hat the Gounty of Butte c~.aims the
said agportionmen~ and the whole thereof, and that tlze County ofi Butte does
hereby agxee to provide any County match.ing funds required as may be necessary
after firs~ considering the sum made avaiiable under Stree~s and Highways Code
