itESOLUTION ABANDONING ALLEYS
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors o£ ~he County of Butte, State ot Cal.ifornia,
on September b , 1977, in tne Supervisors' Room of
the Butte County Administration Building fronting on Huntoon
Street, in OroviJ.le, California, Butte County, and i~ appearing
to said Board that a Notice of_ Intention and Resolution to Abandon
Alleys and Notice of Time an.d P1ace of Hearing of said Abandonment
was duly and regularly given as req_uired by law, and testimoney
and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at
said ~earin.g, from ~ahich said Soard now finds that the hereinafrer
described alleys are necessary for present prospective.:~ use.
NOTJ, THEREFORE , IT IS ~I~R~BY OR~ERED as ~ollo~as :

State of California, as hereinafter more particularly described,
