This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
September6 ^ , 1977, in the Supervisors` koom of the Butte
County Administration Building frontin~ on Huntoon Street, in Oroville,
California, Butte County, and it appearing to said Soard that a Notice
o~ Zntention and Resolution to Abandon a Public Highway and Notice of
Time and P1ace of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regulazly
given as required by 1aw, and testimony and evidence, botl~.ora1 and
documentary, having been produced at said hering, from which said
Board ~ow f~.nds that the hereinafter described Public Highway (to
wi.t, xight-of-ways) is unnecessary for present and pros'pective use;
NOW, THEREFORc,, IT IS HEREB~.' ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the public highway situate in the County of Butte,
State of California, as hereina£ter more particularly described, is
hereby abandoned.
2. 'I'l.~at the description of said gublic highway so abandoned

Thence Tlortheasterly to the most Easterly corner of
