NOW, TIIEP~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. Th.at this Board finds that said easemen.t is unnecessary
for pzesent or grospective public use.
2. That said public utility easement as h.ereinafter
~lescribed is hereinafter aband.oned and vacated.
3. That said pubZic utilitq easemexit is situated in the
County o~ Butte, State of California, as described as follows, to
wit:
All that certain 10' public a~ility easernexzt lying
along the north~::Iine of LoC 161 of t1~e Sierra Del
Oro Estates Unit No. 3, recorded in }3ook 35 of Maps
of Record at Pages 27, 28 and 29, County of Buete,
State of Californ.ia.
Excepting there.from the easterl.y 10' and the northerly
5' lying adjacent to the southerly line of Lot 163
of said subdivision.
