WFIEI~EAS~ the responsibilit~ for the manageraent of the rriemorial Halls is
vested in the Board of Supervisors as provided in Section 12b2 of the
California Military and Vetrans Code.
WI-~EAS~ the Board of Supervisors adopted Regulations Governing Memorial
Halls on I3ovember I.B, ~.973;; and
W~AS~ the present Board of Supervisors desires to amend. sections=;6
and q of ArtieZe TT of the Regulations Governing Memorial Halls.
NOi~,i TfIQ~E~RE BE IT RESOLVED Z~iAT:
l. Section b, Article TT of the Regulations Coverning Memorial Halls
be amended to read: A11 other Pree use of inemorial ha1T facilities not
rovid~d_herein shall require approval by the memorial ha31 committee.
2. Section 7, Articl8 II of the Regulations Coverning Memorial Halls
be amended to read: Each memosia7::_ hal7. committee shall establi.sh a schedule.
of rates and char~es far ~roups and individuals usin~ the facilities of
their buildin~. Said sohedule of rates and char~es shall not become effecta.ve
until reviewed b.y the Administrative Of~icer; however, the deciszon of the
memorial hall committee sha1J, be #'~.x~al.
