EIBANDON PUBLTC UTILITY EASEMENT
WriEREAS; this Board has received a request from Lynn P.
Howard... to allow ~he abandonment of public utility easement as
described bel.o~a; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, et s~ „ tnis Board c~rishes to declare
its intention to abandon said public utility easement as described
below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED by thi.s Board:
1. That this Board "herepy gives xi.oC~ce that at a:ts regular
meeting on Tuesday~ Movember 8,: 197.7 -, at 9:30 a.~t-, in tlze Board Chaznbers,
B~tte County Administration Suilding, Oroville, a hearing shall be
held on the abandonment o£ tlze following described easement:
Ten ~Qat easement on the southeast side of Lot 115,
Unit 4, Paradise Pines, Magalia, California and the
ZO foot easement on. the northwest side of Lot 116, ruzi-
ning ~rom the soutM line of Elmira Circle to the north
line of that easement shown along the soutlierly line
or our property recorded as Paradise Pines ~Fnit I~To. 4,
recorded in Book 35 t2aps of Record at Pages 97 through
I01, County of Butte, State of California.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions_of_Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED liy the Butte County Board of 5upervi:sors
this 4th day of October , 1977, by the following vote:
