WHEREAS, the ~ioard of Supervisors adopted the ~.and use

WHEREAS , the P~.ar~ning Depar~Cmen~ has prepared from the

WHEREAS, ~his Boa~d has determined tha~ ~his ~.and use map
of the Chico are is on1.y an ex~.Iargement o~' ~he land use map included
wi~h ~he ~.and use element to the But~e ~ounty General P1an an.d is
not a,subs~antive change ~o the land use rnap; and
WHEREAS, -~his Board ~inds that the adoption o£ ~he ~n~.arged
l.and use ~nap of the Chico area will promo~~ ~he health, safety, and
general welfar~ of the c~.tizens of the Ca-unty of Bu~-Ce by el~.minati.m:~

NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESQLVED by the Boaxd of Super~crisors
of the Coun~y o~ But~~, State o~ Ca~.ifaxnia, tha~ the enl.arged T.art.d
t~.se map o~ ~he Chico area (attached here~a as Exhibit "A") be adop~ed.
