4~HER~AS~ Butte County is conduc~ing a federally funded Housing and Commuriity
Development Program in South Orovzlle, and;
WfiEREAS, property has been acquired for purposes of demol9.tion of a
blighted stx~ucture at 2650 E]~gin S-~ree~, Oroville, Ca~.i~orn9.a, and;
Y~FIEREAS, said property has been cleared in accordance with the promises
of said housing program, and;
WI~IEREAS, sai.d property was acquired by Ghe County of Butte a~ a fair
market value o~' ~z.ve hundred dollars ($500) as determined by an independent
and quali~'a.ed appraiser, and;
1^dHF.,~AS~ the conn~ty naw wi.shes to sell said property to Mamie Lee, the
former owner, for ~he sum of five hundred dollars ($500).
NOW, THEREFnRE ~3E IT FtESOLUED that the Admi.n~.strata.ve Offa.cer is herel~y
authorized to execute the sale of sa9.d property to Mami.e Lee for the sum of five
hundred dollars (~5ao).
