AGENCY FORMATION CONAiISSION FOR ANNEXATZON QF THE
VISTA DEL CERItO UNIT ~~1 TO CSA ~Z7 (STREET LIGHTING}
i~EiEREAS, the Board of Superoisors reqaires a subdivisian condition that a service
area be formed to pay for street light e~~ctricity; and,
WHEREAS, no proceeding for the annexation of ferritory sha1l be instiCuYed by this
Board until approval of the Loca1 Agency Formation Co~nission is first ob~ained. `
HOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVEB AND 012DER~- by the Butte ~ounty Board of Supervisors
as ~ollows: '
1. App7.a.cation and a proposai is hereby made to the Butte County Local Agency
Fo~'tuation Cott¢ttission in accordance with the District Reorganization Act, beginning
with Governmet~t Code Section 56000 for annexation to County Service Area ~k17. The
exterior boundaries of the proposed service area are described in ~xhibzt "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
2. This anne~aCion proposal ~rill satisfy the parcel map comdition for the formation
of a street lighting count~ service area.
3. The Clerk of the Board is auehorized and directed to file a certified copy of
thi.s resolution with the Executive Officer of,ehe Butte County Local Agency ~ormation
Commission,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte CounCy Board of Supervisors this 8th day of
November , 1977 by the following vote:
Ayes: Supervisors Lemke, Madigan, Nbseley, Wnston and Chairman Richter
Noes: None
Absent: None
Not Voting: None
