WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from Lynn P.
Howar,d-_: to a11ow ~he abandonment of public utility easement as
described below, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to th.e authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, et se ., this Board wishes to abandon
said easemen.ts as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT I~SOLVED,by this Board:
1. Tlzat this Soard finds that said easement is unnecessary
ior present or prospective public use.
2. Tnat said public utility easenent as hereinafter
described is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. Z'hat said public utility easement is situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, and described as follows, to
wit.

Unit 4, Pa.radise Pines, NFagalia, California and the
