WHEREAS, the Butte County $oard of Supervzsors accepted a grant offer
from the Economic Development Administration to construct an Administrat~on
Building; and,
CxIiEREAS, the grant regulat~ons require that a final budget be established
for the project before the Economic Development Ad~inistration will issve a
letter of credit for grant funds; and,
Y7HEREAS, such a budget has been prepared and is within the parameters of
funds from the grant and present appropriations.
NOW THEREFORE BE!IT RESOLVED that the Butte Counfiy Boaxd o£ Supervisors
adopt a project budget for the construction of the Administrat~on BUilding as
follows:
Administrative Expense $ 16,000
Architect Engineering Fees 55,075
Inspection Fees and Expenses 78,370
Specialty Inspections and Testing 30,~00
Construction 2,463,000
Unallocated Appropriations 150,000
$2,792,445
