WHEREAS, it appears ~hat certain property has been found
which is suitable and avai~able on terms ar~d conditians satisfactory
to the Board of Supervisors.
NOW, THE1~E~'dRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerk of this
Board be ordered to publish in accordance with the law ~he ~ol.lowing
notice of intention to purchase real property:

purchase price of which is in excess of $3,000.
