WHEREAS, ~he Coun.ty of Butte is corsducting a neighborhood ~mprovemen.~ program
in. the South Oroville community, among the pux~poses af which are the elimination of
bligh~ and the stxmulata.on of resi~dential rehabil.i~ation; and
WHEREAS, thE County has aetermined that certain parcels identified in the
aforesaid neiglzbo~hood. may be b~ought in.to compl.iance with County objectives only
