purposes in the Chico area; and
WHEREAS, it appears that certain property has been found which is sua.table and
available on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Board of Supervisors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEB, that the Clerk of this Board be ordered to
publish in accordance with the ].aw the following notice of intentior~ to purchase
real property:

Street, Oroville, CaZzfornia the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte will
meet to consummate the purchase of the following real property:
A portion ofi' I,ot I.4, as shown on the map entitled "Map o£ the Siat-teenth
Subdivisa.on of the John Bidwell Rancho", which map was filed in the office
of ~he Recorder of the County of Butte, State of Galifornia, on Deeember 11,
1908, in Volvme b of Maps at page 79, more particularly described as fo3l.ows:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 1l~; thence along the
