The lighting system that will be operated and mafnCained consists of overhead servfce street lfghts which ase suspended over the streets from brackets or arms fastened to pales; and WHEREAS, the operation of Che lighting system ahall consist of aupplq3ng the lampa with electric energy for all rtight burning and switching Chem on and off once each night in accordance w~th standarfl switching achedules epproved by the Public Utilities Commisaion of the State of California. Maiatenance sha~l consist o£ replacing the lampe when theq burn out and of keeping the system in good operating order; and WHEREAS, Chia Board of Supervisors does herebq determiae and declare that the expenaes of ineintaining aad opexating said aCreeC lighting system herein deacribed vfll be asseased upon the lands lying within the said street lighting maintenance district, that the monthly rates charged for said street lights sha11 be ia accordance with filed echedules approved by Che Public Utilfties Com~fssion of the State of Cali£ornia; and WHEREAS, a11 oE said lands lying within asid street lighting maintenance diatrict will be benefited by th~ maiatenance and operation of said street lighting system.
