Said system wil~ consiat of polea, kughts, posts, wires, lamps, and other aecessary equipment installed in the hereinafter descrihed unincorporated territory of the Countq o£ Butte, State of California. The lighting system that wi11 be operated and maintained consists of overhead service street lfghts which are suspended over the streets from brackets or arms fastened to poles; and WHEREA5, the operstion of the lighting sysCem shall consfst of aupplyiag the lamps ~ith electric energy for all night burning and switching them on aad off once each night in aacor3ance with atandard switching achedules approved by the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California. Maintenance shall consist o£ replacing the lampa when they burn out aad af keepiag the system in good operating order; and WHEREAS, thfe Baard of Supervisors doea hexeby determine and declare that the expenaes of maintaining and operating eaid atreet lighting system herein deacribe3 will be assessed upnn the lands lying with~n the said street lighting maintenance diatrict, that the monthly ratea charged for eaid sCreet Zights shall be in acnordance with filed schedulea approved by the Public ~tilftiea Co~fssfon of the 5Cate of California; and WHEREAS, ail of said lands lying within said street Lighting maiatenance diatrict will be benefieed by the maintenance and operetion of said street ifghting system.
