WfIEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Goveznm.ent Code §§50430, et seg., this Board wishes to declare
i~s intention to abandon said pubiic utility easement as described
below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on Februar~ 21, 1g78 at 9:45 a.m., in the Board
Ch.ambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, a hearing
sb.a1~. be held on the abandon.ment of the fallo~aing described easement:
Located over the north six feet and the east twelve
feet of Lot 8 of "Scottwood Park 5ubdivision Unit
No. 1" per Map of Record in Book 23 on Page 39 in the
Office af the Butte County Recorder.
2. Th.a~ this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Governinent C e§§50%4 and 50441.
