WHEREAS, the Board of SupezvisQrs of the County o£ Bu~~e. State
nf Ca~i~ozn~a, has adopt~d a map showing ~.he baundaries of proposed
Woodridge Assessmen~ Dzstri,ct, Caun~y of Butte, Stat~ of Ca~.i~'ornia,
which said map is entitled, "Proposed Boun.daries of T~Ioodridg~ Assess-
ment District, Coun~y af Butte, State of Ca1~fo~n~a,"
NOI~T, THEREFO?~E, B~ IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the Caun~y o~ B~tte, State o~ California, as follows:
1. The Board of Supervisors proposes t~ implement special
assessmen~ proceedings under the provisions of the Municipal Improve-
ment Ac~ of 3.9~3, wi~h bonds to be a.ssued under the provisions o~ ~he
Improvement Act of I91J. ~or the purpose o~ the construc~ion of improve-
ments and acc~uisitions to be made.
2. Tha~ Tuesday, the I~th day of P~iarch, 1978, a~ the hour
of I.~:15 of said day, is he~eby ~ixed as the day a;nd hour, and the meet-
ing place o~ the Board of Supervisors of the County af Butte, lacated
in the Butte County Courthouse, ~.859 Bird, Oroville, Cali~ornia, as the
place, rhrhen and where any and al~ persons in~.erested ?nay appear an.d ~
shora cause why the Board should not ~ind and determine that th~
public convenience and necessity require the said proposed imprave~nents
and acquisitions to be znade in said proposed assessment da.strict, without
comp~a.ance with the provi.sions of the Sper_ia1. Ass~ssment
