WHER~AS, the County of Butte and the City of Chico have consolidated
the Chico library system with the Butte County library system effective
July 7, 1976.
NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That thi5 Board approves the attached application and the p1an
of service for the system and authorizes the Librarian of the County of Butte,
Josephine R. Terry, to execute same and submit same on behalf of the County
of Butte.
