RESOLUTION AMENDING INDIGENT BllRIAL SCHEDULE OF FEES
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors on January 25, 1977, pursuan~
ta California We~fare and Institutions Code Section 17009, adopted
Resolu~ion No. 77T6, a Resolution amending Indigent Burial Schedule of
Fees; and '
~ WHEREAS, it is necessary to fur~her amend the indigent buria7
schedule of fees;'
NOW, THER~FORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of Californ~a, tha~ the amended ind~gent burial
schedule of fees attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted on beha7f
of this Soard to tiecome effective January 11, 1978.
PASSED AND AqOPTED by the Butte County Supervisors this 31st
