Welborn and others requestzng the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described ~~elow; and
WHFREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50~4fl, et se~.,
this Board shall set a date tor a hearing on the petitzon for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board heraby gives notice that at i.ts
regular meeting on March 7 , I978, at 9:30 a.m. ,
in the Soard Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Orovil.le,
Cali.fornia, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
That certain public utility easement being 12 ~eet
in width, lying within and adjacent to the r,rest
line o~ Lot 282 of the Paradise Pines Subdivision
Unit No. 4, recorded in Book 35, Maps of Record at
Page 97, County o.f Butte, State of California,
excluding therefrom the southerly 12 feet.
2. That this Reso].utzon be pos nd ~.published pursuant
