Each Direc~ars shall r~cei.ve ~.he ~uxn o~ $1.0900 for each meetxng he attends and for each day ac~ually engaged i,n business o~ the District on order of the Board, and in addi~ion his nec~ssa~y ac~ual expenses when on business for the Dis~ric~, bu~ no mileage sha~l b~ paid ~or traveling to or ~xom tha Baard meeting~.
