TY~.is matter came on regul.arly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Sta~e of California,
on February 21 , 1g7g, in th.e Supervisors' Room of the
Butte County Aclminzstration BuiYding fronting on Huntoon Street,
in Oroville, California, But~e County, and it appearing to said Board
that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said Abandonment was
duly and regularly given as requixed by law, and testimony and
evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at said
liearing, from which. said Board now tinds tha~ the hereinafter
described Pub~ic Highway (to wit, a portion of Ford Drive) is
unnecessary for present and prospective use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the public highway situated_~_in the County of

Butte, State of California, as hereznafter more partzcularly
described, is hereby abandoned.
2. That the descrigtion of said pubZic high.way so abandoned
is si:tua.t~d,`. in the County of Butte, State o~ Cal.ifornia, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 22 of the
Ford G~.ez~ Tract Uni.t No. I as recarded in Book 10,
Maps of Record, at Page 2-A, County of Butte, State
of Califoxnia; thence N 30° 37' W~F30.46 feet, along
~he we~st line of said Lot 22, which is identical to
the east right-of-way line of Ford Drive as shourn on
said map; thence Ieaving said right-o~-way line N 61°
09' 19" W 9b.68 feet to a point in the west rzght-of-
way line~of said Ford Drive; thence southeasterly along
said westerly right-ot-way 1.ine Co the southeast corner
of Lo~ 23; thence 5 8R° 28' E 69.98 feet to the place
of beginning.
3. ThaC the Clerk of this Board shall cause a ce~tified ~
