TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY
WI~REAS, Butte Coun~y is conducting a federally funded Housing and Community
Development Program in Bouth Oroville, and;
WHEREAS, a dwe~lin~ was acquired for purposes of rehabilitation of a
blighted structure at 2435 D Street, Oroville, Qalifoxnia, and;
WHEREAB, said dwelling has been rehabilitated in accordance with the
provisions of said housing program, and;
WHE.RFAS, sai@ property was appraised at a fair market value of twenty-seven
thousand do~lars (~27,000) as determined by an independent and qualified appraiser,
and;
WIIE:RF,A.S, the county now wishes to sell said property to A. G. and Nfurtis
Danner, for the sum of ~wen~y~»seven thousand dollars ($2'],000).
NOW, TH~I2EFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Administrat~ve Officer is hereby
authorized to execute the sale of said property to A. G. and Murtis Danner for
the sum of twenty-seven thousand dollars ($2'7,000).
