SUBSTANDARD BUILDING AS A NUISANCE
tidI~IEREAS, this Board finds that the Hea•1th Department gave
propez notice of its determination that the building located on the
premises, described in E~.ibi~ "A" attachec~ hereto, is unfit for
human habitation pursuant to 25 California Administrative Code, §1013,
and
[~1HEREAS, this Board finds that the Health Department gave
prnper notice of this hearing, set to determine wheth.er said building
is unfit for human habita~ion and should be declared a nuisance,
pursuant to 25 California Administrative Code §1016, and
WHEREAS, this Board finds, based upon the evidence submit~ed
to it, that said building is substandard and unfit for human
habitation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED k1.ND ORDERED by this Board
as fo~.lows :
1. That said building located on the prema.ses described in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto, is a nuisance.
2. ~hat the owner of said bui~ding shall aba~e said
nuisan.ce by removing the building within 3~ days after the date of
posting oz1 said premises a natice ot the passage of this resolution.
3. That the owner of said building sha11 be notified Cha~
if said nuisance is not abated within 30 days,•the building-tiai11 be
razed ox removed by the Health Department and the expense _:thereof,
made a lien on the lot upon which the building is 1.ocated.
