RESOLUTION ABANDONING ALLEYS

Thzs mattez came on regularly for hea~ing before the
Soard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on March 7 , 1978, in th.e Board Chambers, Sutte
County Administration Building, Oroville,`.California, and it appearing
to said Board that a Notice of Intention and Resolution to Abandon
Alleys and Notice of_ Tim~:and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment
was duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and
evidence, both oral and docurnentary, having been produced at said
hearing, from which said Soard now finds that the hereinafter
described a~.~.eys aze unnecessary for present ox pzospective public
use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERESY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the alleys situate a.n th.e County o~ Butte,
State of Cal.ifort~.ia, as herei.nafter more particv.larly d.escribed,
are hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said alleys abandoned are
situate in tk~.e Caunty of Butte, State of California, and more
