au~horiz~d to postpane saz.d improvements upon the executian and xecoxding,.of

that whea the Couaty of Butte determines i.n their discretion that it is in the
best interest of this particular area to install curbs, gatters and sidewalks, or
other urban improvements tt~at upon notification, the undersigned or their successor
in iaCerest hereby comsents~ to said instaLlation and covenant and agree to install
the same apon demand a£ the County at their own expense or at the expense of their

that such improvemenrs may be installed by County and became a lexn upon the property.
The undersigned hereby covenant and agree to nooperate and support the County
