This matter came on regularly for h.earing before the
Saard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on ~larch 21 , 1978, in the Board Chambe~rs, Butte County
Administration Building, Qroville, California, and it appearin~ to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment toas duly and regularly given as requi~ed by law, and
testir_mony and evidence, borh oral and documentary, havi.n~ been
produced at said hearing, .from wh~:~h sai.d Board now finds that the
I~.ereinafter described public U~ility Easement is unnecessary ~or
present or prospec~ive public use.

1. That the public utility easement situated in the CounC~
o:E Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Bu~te, Sta~e of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
That certain public utility easemenr being 12 feet
in width, lying within and adjacent to the west
- line ot Lot 282 of the Paradise Pinas Sub~division `~
Unit No. 4, recorded in Book 35, Maps of Record at
Page 97, County of Butte, State of California,
excluding therefrom the southerly 12 feet.
3. That the Clerk of this Soard sha11 cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal o~ the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
of.fice of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
