RESOLUTION FINDING AND DETERMIN~NG THAT THE PUBLIC
CONVENZENCE AND NEC~SSITY REQUZRE THE CONSTRUC~'~ON
OF ~MPROVEMENTS AND ACQUTSITIOL~TS IN WOODR~DGE
ASSESSMENT D~STRICT, COUNTY 4F BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, a public hearing, ~or which r~asonab7~e notice has
been given by pub~.ication, has be~n he1.d a5 to the publxc conveni--
ence and necessity o~ the improvements and acquysitions in Wood-
ridge Assessment D~.strict, County of Butte, State of Ca].ifornia;
and
WHEREAS, this Board has heard and consid~r~d all ~he
evidence, both aral and wra.tten, relative to the pub].ic canv~ni-
ence and necessity of the construction of the a~oresai,d irriprove-
ments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thi.s Boazd finds and
det~rmines that the pub~ic can~crenience and necessa~y require the
improvements and acquisi~.ions proposed to be acquired and improved
in F~Toodridge Assessment District, Coun~y ot Butte, Sta~e of Cali-~
fornia, and further determines that the "Spec.zal Assessmen~
~nvestigation, Limitation ax~d Majoxity Protest Act of 1931" shall
not apply to these assessment proceedings; and
BE ZT FURTHER RESOLVED ~hat this project shall proceed in
accordance with the ~erms and provis~ons o~ the Municipa]. ~mprave-
ment Act of ~.913.
