TO BE MADE BY THE DiRECTOR OF PIIBLTC WORKS

SE IT RESOLVEn by the Baa~d o~ Supe~vi5ars of the County
of Butte, Sta~e of California, as fo~.3.ows:
The Director of Publi.c Works of the Coun~y of Butte
w~thout ~urther authorizata.or~ o~ the Board of Supe~visars is
hereby autho~ized to order changes in ~he work to be dane in
Woodr~dge Assessment District, County o~ Butte, State a~ California,
under the ~o1l.owing conditions:
To co~~ect clerica~, and technica~. ~rrars in ~he plans;
To moda.fy the d~sign o~ the projec~ wherever good
engineering practice i~nd~.cates that ~he modi~ica-
tion should be mad~;
To adjust ~he design of the project ~o utility
locati.ons, soi~ canditions, and othe~ ~ie~.d aondx-~
tions which were unknown o~ uncer~ain at the time
~he pl.ans were prepared.
HOWEVER, the Director of Public Works shaZl~not be
authorized to approve change o~ders resultzng in the increase in
construction costs aggregating more than ~he a~mount o~ contin-
gencies provided for in ~.he Aimended EnginEer's Report hereto~ore
approved by this Board.
