RESOLUTTON AWARDING SAI.E OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEHEA5, pursuant to Resolution 78-37 a bid was received on
the property described therein in excess of the minimum price as set
forth in said resolution on March 21, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Edith liampton has deposited with the County Treasurer
$3,25~, total prarchase pr9ce.
NOW, 7H~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of th~s Board
be authorized to sign the attached deed to aforesaid Edith Hampton
covering the real property descr~bed ~n the aforementione~ Resolution
Na. 78-37 and is also described in the attached deed.

A portion of the northerly 90 feet of the easterly half of
Lot 29, according to that certain map entitled, °Map of the
Fifteenth Subdivision of the John Bidwell Rancho, near Chico,
Butte County;~California," which map was recor~ed in the Office
of the Recorder of the County of Bu~te, S~ate of California,
January 25, 1908, in ~olume 6 of Maps at paga ~48, described as
follows:
Comm~ncing at th~ northeast corner of said Lot 29, said paint
being the intersection of ~he cen~erlines of East Rvenue and

Mariposa Avenue centerline, 29.99 feet; thence S 89~58'18"W, 722
