GRANT FOR LOCAL WATER QUALITY MANAGEMEN~
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE IT RESO~VED by the Butte County Board
of Sugervisors, State of California, that the Dxxector of Environ-
mental Health is hereby aurhorized to execute a contract with the
State Water Resources Control Board after secuz~ng approval of
the contract by the Bntte County Board of Supervisors, on behal£
o~ the Butte County Board of Supervisors, for the preparation o~
a local water quality managemene "208" plan to address waste water
and water quality problems of the unsewered community of Paradise.
