Tha~. Reso~ution No. 78--59(a), adopted by ~he Board o~ Super-
vxsors on the 21st day o~ March, 1978, be and is hereby amendec~
to read as fo~7.ows:
"WHEREAS,.the Board of Supervisors o~ the Coun,ty o~ But~.e,
State a~ Cali~ornia. has received a written proposal from BIRR,
WzLSON & CO., ~NC., o~~'~ring to purchas~ impravement bonds to be
issued by the County o£ Butte to represent unpaid as5essments
levied pursuant to the Resolutian of Intention for Woadridge Assess-
~nent Distric~t, adopted by the Board of Supervisors o~ the County of
Butte on the 24th day o~ January, 1978, for payment o~ the improve-
ments and acgui.sitzons and all of the ~.ncidental e~penses in connec-
tion ~herewi'~h, in said Woodridge Assessment Distxa.ct; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Soard ~hat the pub~~.c
i.n~.erest and convenience will be sexved by accepting the o~f~r o~ the
said BIRR, ~n'TLSON & CO., zNC., dated April 17, 197$, and wi11 alsa
, be served by sel.ling the said bonds at the price therein named,

BIRR, WILSON & CO., TNC., da~ed Apri~. i7, 1978, be, and the same
is he~~by accep~ed an.d that the bonds be, and they are hereby
ordered sold to B~RR, WzLSON & CO., INC., in ~he amount and subject
~o the terzns and condi.~ions sta~ed in the bid o~ the said BTRRr

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the interest rate of said bonds
be, and ~he same is hereby fixed a~ the rate stat~d in said bid,
and that said bonds shal~ be dated the 17th day of April, 1978,
and sha~l bear interest from said da~e."
