Barnes and others requesting the abandonment of a public utilzty
easement as described below; and
WfiEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et se .,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. T~at this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular m.eeting on May Ib,l 978 , 1978, at 9:30 a.m. ,
z.n. the Board Chambers, Bv.tte County Administrarion Building, Oroville,
Ca].ifo~nza, a hearing sha11 be h.eld on the abandomnenr of the
foJ.lowing described easement:
The 12 ft. public utility easement described
as being the easterly 12 ft. of Lot 6 and 7
of "Feather Ri.ver Heights Subdivision" per
Map of Record in Map Boolc 19 on Page 22 and
23 of the Butte County Recorder.
2. That ~his Resolution be posted and pu.blished pursuant
to the provisions of Governmen~ Cod §§50440 nd 50441.
