WHEREAS, this Board Ycas received a petition from LeRoy
Hellert and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; ancl
WHER~AS, pursuant to Government Code §§50.44•0, et se .,
~his Board shall set a date for a hearing on th.e petition .for
abandonment.
IdOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED by the Board of Supexvisors:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at zts
regu7.ar mee~ing on May 16, 1978 , 1978, at 9:30 a.m. ,
in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
That certain 20 ft. public utility easement lying
IO fi~. on each side of the line common to Lots 243
and 244, Paradise Pines Subdivision Unit ~t12,
recorded in Book 38 Maps of P.ecord at Pages 24 through
27.
Exceptin~ therefrom the north 10 .ft.
2. 'That this Resolution be posted and pub~ished pursuant
to ti~.e provisions of Government Code § 0440 an 50441.
