RESOLUTION ADOPTING SHORT-DOYLE PLAN
VJIiEREAS, the County of Bu~te provides Mental Health Services
pursuant to the Short-Doy1e Act; and
WHEREAS, the Act provides that -~he Covnty Short-Doyle Plan
for ~iseal year 1978-79 shall be adopted. by the County Board of
Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, zt appears proper and to the best interest of the
County of Butte that said plan be executed.
NOW, TH~REFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Butte
adopt the Short-Doyle P~axi for the fiscal gear 1978-79 and that the
Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to
execute the dacuments pextazning to said plan.
