ESTABLISHING JIIST COI~ENSATZON AND
AUTHORIZTNG TF3E COUNTY ADNffNISTRATIVE O~FTCER TO
SUBNf.IT A FORMAL OF~'ER TO ACQUIRE Fi.EAL PROPERTY

WHEREAS, the Courity of Butte is conducting a neighborhood
a~aproveznent program in the South Orovil.].e communi~y, among the purposes
of which are the elimination of b].ight and ~he s-~imulation of residential
rekzabilitation; and
WI~REAS, the county has determined that certain parcels identified
in the aforesaa.d neighborhood may be brought into compl.iance with county
objectives onl.y thz~ough ~he direct county acquisition and redevelopment of
real propertyg and
WHEEREAS, the county has received an appraisal report, from
William H.P. Dolan, Jr., dated March 23, 197~, ixz accordance with federaZ
and state regulations, for the purpose of establishing just compensation
for certain specified real propertzes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESoLV~D by ~Ehe County of Butte Board of
Supervisors that:
l. The Board determines it to be in the best interest of the
South Oroville communi~y developmen~E program to acquzre that cer~ain real
property described as Assessor~s Parcel 35-16~.-7 and located at 2567 Elgin
Street~ Oroville~ said property being owned by A, G, and Murtia Danxzer.
2. The Board hereby establishes the sum of ~4,500 (Four Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars) as just compensation for subjec~ property.

3. The Board authorizes ~ts County Ar~minis~rative Officer to
execute a~~Written Offer to Purchase Real Property" and an "Agreemen~ of
Sale of Real Property" for that parcel iden-~a.~a.~d herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Bu-~te County Board of Sugervisors
on this IRYh day of April, 197$, by the fol3owing vote:
