FiRE PROTECTTON AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO SI6N CONTRACT WHEN APPROVED
BE TT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby intends to contrac~ for fire protection services between the County of
Butte and the Sta~e Department of Forestry and hereby intends to contract for~.
fire protection services in the 1978-79 fiscal year between the County of Butte
and the State Department of Forestry.
THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED that ~hen the fire contract between the
County of Butte and the ~epartment of Forestry 9s approved by this Board, that
the Chairman is hereby authorized to execute same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors th~s
