AT 3466 COLUMBIA STREET
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is conducting a community development
program with the area generally known as the "E1 Medio neighborhood"; and
WHEREAS, the County has recently acquired property located at
3466 Columbia Street as a part of this community development program; and
WHEREAS, the County finds that the dwelling units located on the
above mentioned property are in a state of d~lapidation that makes them unfit
and unsafe for human habitation and, further, that this rehabi79tation of said
units is unfeasible.
NQW, TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That ths Coun~y determines it to be in the public interest
and essential to the health and safety of the ~nd9vidual
tenant ~mvolved that the occupied dwe7ling at 3456 Columbia
Street be vacated.
2, That a 90-day Notice to Vacate 6e issued immediately to said
tenant as of this date.
3. That appropriate action be taken by the County Administrative
Officer to provide re1ocation assistance as required by
federa1 and state Zaws and reguiations.
