WHERE~S, under ~he provisions of Butte County ~nvironmenta~
Review Guzde~ines, cer~ain fee schedules are to be established by
resolution by the Board of Supervisors,
1VOLd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte Coun~y Board
of Supervisors hereby adopts the revised fee schedules as shown
on Exk~.ibit "A" attached hereto.
