Tktis matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Boaxd of Supervisors of the Counry of Butte, State of California,
on May 16 , 1978, in the Board Chambers, Butte
County Adninis~ra~ion Building, Orozrille, California, and it
appearing to said Board ~hat a Noezce of Time and PZace of Hearing
o~ said Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by
1aw, and testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having
been produced at said hearing, from which said Board now ~inds that
the hereinaf~er described P~blic Utility Easement is unnecessary
for ~resent or prospective public vse.
NO[d, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as foll.ows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
The 12 ft. public utility easement described
as being the easterly 12 ft. of Lat 6 and 7
of "Feather River Hea.ghts Subdivis~.on" per
Map of Record in Plap Book 19 on 1'age 22 and
23 of tk~.e Butte County Recarder.
3. That the Clerk of this Board sha11 cause a cer~ified
copy o~ th.zs Resoluti.on, with the seal o£ th.e Board of Supervisors
of the Count,y of Sutte, State of California, to be xecoxded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State o~ Califoxnia~
