appearing to said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing

law, an.d testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having
been produced at said kiearing, from which said Board no~a firids
tha~ ~he hezeina£ter described Public Utility Easemen.t is unnecessary
for present or pxospective pu3~lic use.
NOW, THER~FOR~, ZT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. Tha~ Che publi.c utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, 5tate of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. Thar Che description of said public i~tility easement
so abandoned is situated in?.the County of Butte, State of CaZifornia,
and more particularly described as ~ollows:
That cer~ain 20 £t. publi.c utility easement lying
l4 ft. on each side of the Iine common to ~,ots 243
and 244, Paradise Pines Subdiviszon Unit ~~I2,
recorded in Book 38 I~aps of Record at Pages 24
