~4.02-2 Shall pay the Count~ o~ Butte the cost
for energy from the date ~he map is approved ~o the date the revenue is
available to ~he County from the Assessment Maintenance District or Couan~y
Service Area that has been formed to colle~t said re~enue (this would
normally be two yesrs~maximum).
1.4.-02-3 The subdividsr will be refund.ed those
fees for energy from ~he date of app~oval o~ the final. map to the time
the lights are actually energized and the county is bi~.l.ed.
