(to wit, a portion of Polk Avenue) as described be~ow; and
Wl~EREAS, pursuant to Stree~s and Highways Code §95a this
Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the pet~tion for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~SOT~VED by this Soard:
1. 'That this Board hereby gives notice tha~ at its regular

Ck~ambers, Butte County Adminiseration Bui~.di.ng, Oroville, Cali~ornia,
a heaxi.ng shali be held on the abandonment of the following described
pub~ic h.ighway:
All that portion of Po1k Atrenue as shown. on the map
of the Western Pacific Addition ~o Orovil~.e ~ecorded
in Book 4 of Maps of Record at Page 1b, more particularly
described as follows:
That portion o~ Polk Avenue bounded on ~he west by the
east line of Boynton Street and on the east by the west
line of Grace Street; also bounded on rhe north by tkze
soutk~ line of Blocks 45 and 46 and bounded pn the soutkz
by the south line of the above-mentioned subdivision.
2. That this Resol.ution be gosted and p~blished pursuant
to th.e provisions of S~~eets and H" ways de §958.
