WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County o~' But-Ee deems it
advisable to se11 the following surplus property, to wit:

particularly descri.bed as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, zT IS RESOLVED that it is the intention of this
Board to se11 the aforementioned property at a minimum price of ~3,800.

11:00 a.m., a public meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte wil1. be helfl at the regu)..ar place of ineeting of said Board, at which ~3me
proposals to purchase will be received and considered.
